With Heart and Soul
Soon Tracks4Crafts celebrates European Craft Days 2026
The European Craft Days initiated and organised by L’Institut pour les Savoir-Faire Français return this spring! From 7 to 12 April 2026, studios across Europe will open their doors, inviting the public to witness the skills and beauty behind European craft.

Now simply "European Craft Days," the unified English title removes language barriers. Whether known locally as Métiers d'art or Kunsthandwerk, the event now speaks with one clear voice. This year’s theme (Cœurs à l’ouvrage) shifts focus from the solitary maker to the shared effort behind the work. It connects passion ("Heart") with discipline ("Soul") and celebrates how skills are passed from hand to hand, keeping traditions alive.

This year, Belgium takes center stage as the country of honour, showcasing a landscape where historic traditions like lace and glassmaking meet contemporary design.
